Exercise isn’t optional.
It’s medicine.
Every service here is built on one conviction: people with Parkinson's who move with intention and support do better. Whether you're newly diagnosed or years into your journey, there's a place for you here.
Clinically-credentialed.
PD-specialized.
Every service is grounded in the evidence on Parkinson's and exercise. You're not getting generic wellness advice. You're getting the work of a clinician who has made this her focus.

Frequently Asked Questions

People with Parkinson's disease at any stage, though coaching is especially well-suited for those who are newly diagnosed, early-to-mid stage, and motivated to be proactive. If you're managing work, family, and a new diagnosis, you're exactly who this was built for.

Physical therapy is a clinical service, meaning an evaluation, hands-on treatment, and therapeutic exercise prescription delivered by a licensed clinician. It's focused on specific impairments: gait, balance, strength, fall risk. When you need that level of clinical assessment and intervention, PT is the right tool.
Coaching zooms out. It's for the bigger picture of living well with Parkinson's. Not just exercise, but everything that supports it. Sleep. Nutrition. Stress and anxiety management. Staying socially connected. Figuring out how to keep showing up at work and for your family while also making your health a priority. Coaching is where accountability, habit-building, and honest conversations about what's actually getting in the way live.
The two aren't in competition. A lot of people benefit from both at different times OR at the same time.

In-Home PT through the Empowered Movement Collective is a private pay service. I can provide a superbill that you're welcome to submit to your insurance provider. Reimbursement varies by plan, so it's worth a call to your provider to understand your out-of-network benefits before we begin.
If navigating insurance coverage is a priority for you, I'm happy to help connect you with a neurologic PT in your area who may be a better fit for your situation.
Coaching services are not covered by insurance, as they fall outside the scope of traditional clinical care, which is also part of what makes coaching different. The support we work on together extends well beyond what a standard clinical visit addresses.
-
Yes. Coaching programs (1:1 and group) and the Vault are fully virtual and available anywhere. In-Home PT is limited to the Greater Los Angeles area.

Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll talk through where you are, what you're working toward, and which service is the right fit, or if it's not the right fit, we can discuss other options and resources that would better suit you.
-
Absolutely. Many of the people I work with are first contacted by a spouse, partner, or family member who wants to understand the options before bringing it to their loved one. You're welcome to reach out, ask questions, and set up a discovery call.
